You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority if you believe your data has been mishandled.

Data Retention

We will maintain your Order Information for our records as required for business, tax, or legal purposes (e.g., under UAE commercial laws requiring retention for 5 years). We retain other Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Upon expiry, data will be deleted or anonymized.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 21. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us.
